Drinks

We have a full espresso bar, thanks to Portland roaster Andrea Spella of Spella Caffe. With our chocolatey obsession we've created a variety of chocolate and chocolate/espresso drinks. We've also fallen in love with great tea, and have a selection of tea from Jasmine Pearl Tea Merchants that you can sit with at the shop, drinking from a cute handmade tea cup and glass teapot.

We use organic milk and cream, and have soy milk and coconut milk available for no extra charge. Agave and spices also available to make your drink perfect.

Traditional Chocolate Drinks

Hot Chocolate...melted chocolate in frothy milk! Also available as Orange (candied orange peel) or Chile-Cinn (houseblend Chiles, Cinnamon, Clove). 8/12oz.

Kiddie Cocoa...you know, for kids! Smaller, sweeter, more milky. 5.5oz.

Mocha...our traditional hot chocolate + double ristretto espresso! 8/12oz.

Specialty Chocolate Drinks

The Shot...Pure, liquid chocolate. 2oz.

Drinking Chocolate...Liquid truffle: chocolate + cream. 3oz.

Bicerin (bee-chair-EEN)...layers of deep, dark drinking chocolate, sweet espresso and hand-shaken whipped cream. 5oz.

Caramelita...A smooth drink of habanero caramel, melted chocolate with a touch of milk and a heavy cream swirl. 4oz.

Mayan Milagro...Ground almonds, chocolate, cinnamon and chiles with a touch of milk and a heavy cream swirl. Also available as The Shot--melted chocolate, no milk! 4oz.

Chocolate Cloud...Smooth chocolate drink topped with a foamy cloud of steamed milk. Like a no-espresso cappuccino! 5.5oz.

Pi Lo Chun (Organic)...Chinese green tea.
Green Jade...Taiwanese oolong, with honey/cassia flavors that linger.
Clementine Sunset...Rooibos, chamomile, clementine essential oil and orange. 
Yoga Blend (Organic)...Honeybush, ginger, cinnamon, fennel and nettles. Encourages digestion.

Cascadia Shaker...an iced, shaken chocolatey drink jam-packed with fresh, seasonal berries. Think strawberries, raspberries or blackberries... 16oz.

Alma Affogato...a chunk of our chocolate cake and a scoop of our ice cream soaked in a double shot of Spella espresso!

Caffe Shakerato...Italian icy drink--sweetened espresso, shaken with ice until super frothy! 4oz.

Shaken Iced Latte...triple shot and frothy! 16oz.

Cold-Press/Toddy Coffee...smooth cold-brewed coffee, using Spella Caffe coffee beans (peaberries from the Kattehollay Estate in India). 16oz.

Tea

Iced Tea...usually one variety is ready-to-go, but with a few extra minutes any tea is available iced. 16oz.
