Peanut Butter Chocolate Bonbons
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter (homemade or purchased)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper, then put it to the side.
Put the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a bowl of medium size and mix them until they are thoroughly combined.
Form the mixture into balls measuring approximately 1 inch in diameter using a teaspoon, and place them on the baking sheet that has been prepared.
Bake for ten minutes or until it reaches the desired color. Please wait until it has cooled before serving!
Fruit Bon Bons
- 2 cups of assorted dried fruit (apricot, cranberry, etc.)
- 1 pound creamy peanut butter
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper, then put it to the side.
Dry fruit and peanut butter should be mixed in a bowl of a suitable size until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Use either your hands or an ice cream scoop to form the mixture into balls measuring approximately one inch in diameter, and place them on the baking sheet that has been prepared.
Bake for ten minutes or until it reaches the desired color. Please wait until it has cooled before serving!
Peanut Butter Cup Bon Bons
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- Six droplets of dark chocolate syrup (or more to taste)
- 2 cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped and divided
Directions
Peanut butter and chocolate syrup should be mixed in a bowl of medium size.
Use your hands or an ice cream scoop to shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Top each ball with one piece of chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Put it in the freezer for ten minutes or until it has completely frozen.
You can keep this for up to two weeks in an airtight container.
Peanut & Toffee Chocolate Bars
For The Peanut Butter Bon Bon Recipe
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut Butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- Three tablespoons of light corn syrup or honey
- One teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
For The Toffee Chocolate Bar
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces (please note that dark chocolate will work just as well)
- Two teaspoons of toffee bits or sub ten semi-sweet chips
Directions
For The Peanut Butter Bon Bon Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Cream the butter, peanut Butter, sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla extract together in a medium bowl until light and fluffy.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
For The Toffee Chocolate Bar Recipe
Melt chocolate and toffee bits over low heat in a small saucepan joint by hand or in the microwave according to package directions.
Spread melted chocolate over the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients
Note
You can use any type of chips in this recipe, but semisweet chips are my favorite due to their sweetness and subtle flavor.
To make the bars more super-chocolatey, I like to place a few pieces of unsweetened chocolate on top before baking.
If you can’t find toffee bits, you can use ten semi-sweet chips instead.
Peanut Butter And Jelly Bon Bons
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 cups of raspberry jelly, divided
Directions
- Mix the peanut butter and one cup of jelly in a bowl of medium size.
- Use either your hands or an ice cream scoop to form the mixture into balls measuring approximately one inch in diameter, and place them on the baking sheet that has been prepared.
- Put it in the freezer for ten minutes or until it has completely frozen. You can keep this for up to two weeks in an airtight container.
Brownie With Peanut Butter Bon Bons
- Four tablespoons (1/2 stick) of unsalted butter at room temperature.
- One tablespoon of granulated sugar
- A tsp vanilla extract
- One large egg
- Three tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- A pinch of salt 1/2 cup (120 mL) dark corn syrup for the Bon Bon
For The Brownies
13 oz (370 g) Iclespoons light corn syrup, finely chopped semisweet chocolate-peanut Butter Recipes for Bon Bons for Your Family Recipe For Two: at room temperature, six tablespoons (3 oz/85 g) of unsalted butter, one granulated sugar cup2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
One large egg, two tablespoons of all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, 3/4 cup (175 mL) dark corn syrup.
Peanut Butter & White Chocolate Bonbons
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups white chocolate chips (try Ghirardelli)
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter and white chocolate chips until well combined.
Directions
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly using a spoon or your fingers.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until just beginning to brown around the edges. Remove from heat and let cool completely before serving.
For The Bonbons
Place 1/2 cup dark corn syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to a boil before removing it from the heat and pouring over the Peanut Butter Brownie Bon Bons.
Place Bonbon pieces on wax paper so that they do not stick together.
Directions
- Melt three tablespoons of butter in the microwave.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg.
- Stir in the flour and salt to the iced butter mixture until combined. Bake for 10 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes clean.
